I’ve been paying them for over a year, now that I’m trying to visit my unit storage, they aren’t returning calls or responding to my text messages. They just disappeared, I have no clue where my belongings are or how to retrieve them. No choice but to follow the legal route now.

Looks like they've left people high and dry and disappeared with no contact. And now I have to go through the process to recover my belongings. I've been paying them for over a year - so happy to take my money but not communicate any Issues.
Looks like they have not paid the fees and people can't access their belongings. Absolutely shameful!

I confirmed my booking the night before my move and was told by the driver that his large van had broken down but he would use his smaller van and make as many trips as needed to move me. He was due at 9am latest and by 10.30am he had not arrived and had not contacted us. We looked on the booking but his contact details were no longer available. There was no telephone number to call Shift only an email address which I used. They text back to say they had to Canx to booking and would sent a full refund. In the meantime we rang around on a Saturday morning trying to find a van and could only get a small transit. It took 5 round trips in the van and my car and we didn’t finish u til after 9pm that night. Luckily my neighbour drive the van and rented it for me as I had used my money on the Shift booking. I have contacted them for a refund of the rented transit and fuel costs as compensation for the bad service and stressful day and they refused and have not contacted me again even though I asked for the managers details. The tenants moving in we’re also delayed as a knock on effect. I am now looking to take this to the small claims court as they did not fulfil their contract with me.Read more

This is the second time I have used this company, They are always on time and professional. Shift Man And Van's service is great and there pick and delivery service has always been outstanding. I will definitely use them again and I would also refer them to friends and family with confidence.

This company is one of the best!
We’ve never seen such strong mans.
We booked a Luton Van + 2 helpers.
The two guys paid a lots of attention to our furniture. They have done an amazing job arriving on time and they’ve been very careful with our stuff.
For the first time the moving has been with out stress!
