I cannot recommend Simon and the team from Smile Moves enough. Simon has been doing this for a long time and it shows in the quality and ease of the move how experienced he is. He was super easy to communicate with and took a lot of the stress out of our move. We had to move twice, once to storage and then again into our house and Simon was super understanding and sorted out our storage even when our dates kept getting delayed. The team were careful with all the items they moved and included re-constructing all the furniture again in the cost which was much appreciated!

Simon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our recent move. They single-handedly took care of the whole operation (moving 30+ cardboard boxes and a lot of furniture), and did so faultlessly. Communication was great throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Simon and his team helped us with our move out of London, moving both the contents of our flat and a storage unit without any problems. The team were helpful and friendly throughout the long move day, and took great care of our possessions. Would definitely recommend Smile Moves!

A huge thanks to Simon and the whole team at Smile Moves. Simon visited our home to give me a quote and was great to communicate with throughout. I got a handful of quotes and the personal approach sold the company. I decided to go with the full packing option and they made quick work of a five bedroom house. Moving house can be stressful and with a long chain I was anxious about completing by 5pm. Once I had the keys they made moving in as easy as possible. Huge thanks to the whole team. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough. A very personal and professional founder-led service. From the initial quotation right through to settling into the new house, they were brilliant.
I paid for the additional pack-up service which was worth its weight in gold. Everything was packaged and labelled with exceptional care.
Simon understands how stressful a move can be and went to great lengths to ensure not only that the move went as smoothly as possible, but that everything was in the right place when they left.
10/10 and I would never use anyone else now for a move.

Once again, we couldn't be happier with our house move with Smile Moves. Simon is a consummate gentleman and total legend, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. His team were just fantastic, taking great care as they packed and unpacked in the new property. They also took it all in their stride when my young kids followed them around with screwdrivers, wanting to join in! I cannot recommend the company more highly.
