Initially they were great, came round the house to understand what we needed and provided a quote. They knew our situation where we were looking for quotes as we were nearing to getting a solid completion date. They explained that all I needed to do was reply to their quote or ring them when we were ready.
Within two weeks of the quote, we were ready but we couldn't get hold of SML Removals. We replied to the email, called them several times and left a voice message. However, they never returned our calls or emails.
We were very disappointed by this but thankful that we didn't pay a deposit.
Luckily for us, we found a better and more reliable company to help us move.

We used SML Removals to move just outside London having found them on a comparison site. They were the fastest to respond, get a video survey booked and produce a quote plus Will was friendly and helpful with all my questions during and after the video survey. I was super stressed running up to moving day but as soon as the movers arrived (bang on time) they put me at ease. We had 3 moving men who were all really friendly and helpful, even wrapping a couple of last fragile bits that we weren’t sure how to best transport. They made extremely quick work of our 2 bed flat and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple, reliable and quick moving service.

We booked with SML removals for both packing and moving. The team were simply fantastic. Very efficient. They took excellent care of our belongings and made a normally stressful process look easy and simply. Rory was organizing everything and he was amazing. He inspired us with trust straight away. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future

I had an excellent experience moving with SML this week. From the initial quote to the actual moving day, everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. Alex did a fantastic job packing everything, including a fragile piece of art. On the moving day the guys were fast and efficient and took great care of my belongings. They made my moving day as stress free as can be and I highly recommend them!

SML have just moved us.
Paulo and Alex packed for us the day before and then moved us next day.
They were super friendly, helpful, efficient.
