My experience with Stallion was not as good, quite frankly my experience since has been even worse.
Sam and his employees arrived, on a snowy wet day, and started work.
They came in and started working and did not offer to cover the carpets, and as such trod dirt up my stairs and all over the landing a bedrooms from the house that we were moving from.
This resulted in renting a carpet cleaner and spending multiple hours cleaning carpets the following week - as this was a rental property.
Whilst most items were packed into the vans suitably, others were not. To my dismay when they placed my TV upside down between two mattresses - whilst I questioned this, I was told everything would be fine.
Alas it was not. The Van that my TV was transported in had a leaky roof, and therefore my TV panel was covered inside and out with water.
Whilst the TV works - there is water trapped under the panel all over the screen - this has not improved.
I've tried to negotitate with Stallion regarding this, but now they are just not responding to me, and I am going to have to go down a small claims route to recoup the costs for the damaged TV as they are ignoring my emails.
Other items that I might mention were broken....
Treadmill dashboard
Chimnea
Wall plaster
Paintwork
For the most part the guys were good workers and worked hard, but things were damaged and Stallion refuse to take responsibility.
Avoid like the plague, there are far more professional outfits out there.Read more
