Tactical Moves were efficient from start to finish. Very helpful initial visit to my flat to assess the job, prompt quote, fantastic packing service and a great team who moved me. Very prompt response to my queries. Their service took all the worry and stress away from me. All in all very good company and service.

I was extremely impressed by [name removed by Sirelo] of Tactical Moves. He gave me a very good quote for a move, and was very helpful in explaining the service Tactical Moves offer.
His team was excellent and packed up my house thoroughly and swiftly. And unpacked everything without a hitch.
And then came around within the next week to pick up all of the boxes.

We selected this company last month after being recommended by a friend. As we had previously had a very stressful move, where lots of things were damaged, I was nervous about how it would all go.
I could not be happier with the service provided by Tactical Moves. The staff were respectful, helpful, courteous and extremely hard working. We opted for a full packing service and I’m glad we did as it took the stress out of the entire move. Nothing was broken or damaged. They did a brilliant job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. The guys were great from the moment they turned up, protected the floor, labelled the rooms, including what was staying, then packed and loaded the truck accordingly. Moving in was painless as they reversed the procedure, once again protecting floors, unloading to the correct room, assembling the furniture and unpacking the boxes ready for us to put away. A very smooth process which really took the stress out of moving! Highly recommended!

Refused to file an insurance claim following damage to old balcony when moving a piano out arguing that it would Increase next year fees! Threaten to cancel move of friends moves if I wouldn’t give up on. Y legitimate request. Bad behaviour from the leader, crew was great.

Sorry CP, that's really not what happened. Moving can be stressful for all concerned, but this experience is seen differently from here. An agreed bill for additional services has not been settled and the risks to the balcony were explained before moving the piano over it. The crew could not have done more during the move to accommodate your requests.
