This is the third time I’ve used Transport Masters and their service was fantastic as always. Driver Alex was very friendly and hardworking, and his extensive experience of moving (and parking!) made our move incredibly smooth. Their prices are also excellent, especially considering the service they deliver. Highly recommended.

I recently used Transport Masters at very short notice, and the service I received from Alex was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, he was fast, reliable, and incredibly convenient to work with.
Alex kept the work area spotless throughout and demonstrated great attention to detail. He mounted several household TVs and repaired my wardrobe, which had suffered significant damage after being dismantled incorrectly by another handyman. Not only did he carry out the work to a high standard, but he also identified potential concerns with the assembled items and offered helpful advice on how to preserve the life of my wardrobe.
It’s rare to find someone so professional and thorough, especially on last-minute notice. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Alex and Transport Masters to anyone in need of reliable and skilled workmanship.

Excellent experience! Alex picked up my Ikea Click and Collect order of wardrobe doors (only available from a particular store and would not fit in my car) and delivered them to me across London that evening… Booking was straightforward, communication was good and the service was excellent. Could not be happier.

My driver was named Alex and he arrived before me as I was coming from work and he patiently waited, he helped me carry all my belongings to the truck and to my storage unit told me not to worry but me being me I did a little something lol. He was a kind and generous and I’m grateful to have had him handle my move. Overall booking on the phone number was straight forward and you have different options to pay either cash or bank transfer which I chose. Thank you again for making a swift move Alex especially in this summer heat!

I've used Transport Masters for multiple house moves and recommend them whenever friends need movers. They're reliable, friendly, professional and respectful. I trust them completely to handle my belongings with care. Alex specifically has done all my moves and I have nothing but compliments for him! The prices are fair and I've had no issues with hidden charges (which I have had with other moving companies in London). The office has worked to accommodate me even when they're busy and they are always communicative.
