6Driver ignored requested afternoon slot, arrived unannounced at 10 AM.
Refused to help load, I carried everything myself.
At delivery, dumped boxes in the street and drove off, leaving my friend to carry everything alone with help from a janitor.
Driver parked obstructively, nearly had police called by angry residents, then became aggressive and stopped answering calls. When I complained, was told I should have explained where to park - absurd. I paid for professional movers, not to do everything myself and manage an incompetent driver.
Customer service completely indifferent to the problem.
Requesting £100 compensation minimum.
Shocking service - do not use.
Collected and delivered on dates which were not convenient to me ( I was not at home on delivery)
Goods suffered damage in transit but as they were wrapped the damage was concealed and I didn't discover until returning from holiday.
Chased company for nearly a month before received mail stating that as damage was not reported at time of delivery they would not accept my insurance claim.
Shoddy poor service from the outset. Would not recommend
International moving is stressful enough to hire a saboteur to kidnap and break all your stuff. I´m still litigating in the courts with them. Awful unprofessional company.
