I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company.
Considering the very high amount I paid for this service, I expected professionalism, care, and basic communication — none of which were delivered.
First of all, I never received any tracking link for my shipment. The only update I got was a last-minute phone call the evening before delivery. Even the staff member who called me seemed surprised that I had not received any tracking information.
The delivery itself was unacceptable. The drivers were rude, unprofessional, and I heard them swearing multiple times during the process. They refused to place the boxes in the correct rooms despite clear labeling (e.g., kitchen, master bedroom), and they also failed to assemble the furniture, even though this was included in the service I paid for.
Worse still, after unloading, they were not even sure whether everything had been delivered. They said they would check the van for missing boxes and never came back to
confirm anything.
As a result, three boxes are missing (S12, S13, S34), including valuable items.
On top of that, several items arrived damaged:
A piece of furniture completely broken and unstable
An office chair with holes in the backrest
A brand new electric guitar damaged on the body
A computer monitor with a destroyed corner
The monitor is especially unacceptable: the box was clearly marked as “FRAGILE” and properly padded inside, yet it still arrived damaged. This shows a complete lack of care and handling standards.
The company also claims to be insured up to £4,000, which was one of the reasons I trusted them. However, I have already submitted a formal claim, and after one full week, I have not received any response or update whatsoever. This level of aftercare is completely unacceptable.
Overall, this service has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.
I am currently pursuing a formal claim for missing and damaged items and expect full compensation.
Answer to the comment: I have a WhatsApp message from your company confirming that furniture dismantling was included at no extra cost. It was therefore reasonable for me to assume that reassembly would also be included, given that dismantling was part of the service. However, as I have consistently stated, this is not the main issue.
Yes, I have received a monetary offer. After providing the majority of proof of purchase for the damaged and missing items, with a total value estimated between £1,500 and £2,000, I was presented with a clearly inadequate and unacceptable offer of £200.
Furthermore, I was repeatedly assured that my goods were insured up to £4,000, which makes this offer even more unreasonable given the extent of the loss.Read more
