I shipped a package internationally and received it damaged and I lost its value of £900, it was damaged due to lack of packaging. I paid nearly £600 for pickup, packaging, and additional insurance. The additional insurance was rejected for absolutely no reason, even though i told them twice that i want additional insurance BEFORE SHIPPING, and they rejected it after I told them it was damaged. So they don’t take responsibility. And I still have been waiting for their response.
I lost a total of £1500 because of them.
I highly recommend not to ship anything with them. Unprofessional customer service and in packaging.



This time it was some of the contents of my art studio, 6 large boxes including one large painting from Somerset UK (so personal goods ) going to a residence in California. Through Shiply you get many quotes. I chose Weship Global because Mitch answered all my questions immediately via email. He walked me through filling out the customs paperwork and gave guidance when I asked, even down to the best tape to use on boxes.
Delivery the other end in California was brilliant. After only 5 days via air freight everything arrived in perfect condition. I am so pleased to know I can use them again.
