Absolutely first class from the moment I first enquired about a new dining table and chairs. The order arrived quickly and I haven’t seen such comprehensive tracking as this. The delivery guys were so good, they removed all packaging and demonstrated how the rable extends. Nothing was too much trouble. As for the table and chairs, the quality is outstanding and perfect for our needs. Cannot praise highly enough and I would recommend without hesitation!

A brilliant experience. Loved the tracking feature sent to you at the start of the day. Not only does it show the drivers’ schedule, but it shows how far from their stop, prior to yours, your house is, in minutes. Then, as soon as they’ve left that stop, you’re sent live map tracking with a constantly updated eta - really helpful for going about your day. The guys that delivered our items were super lovely, unpacked our furniture and took it to the room for us. Couldn’t be any happier with the service received today. Thank you!

The delivery drivers turned up exactly when they said they would. Put my new furniture in place and took all boxes, wrapping etc. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended 👌

Most traumatic move ever – avoid at all costs!
I recently moved from Sloane Square to King’s Road — a simple move of 10 blocks — and The White Van Gentlemen turned it into a complete disaster. What should have been a one-day job dragged into two full days due to poor planning, lack of professionalism, and general chaos.
They arrived late (9 AM instead of 8), then spent another 30 minutes trying to find parking. Somehow, they didn’t bring the right tools to dismantle beds that were clearly flagged for removal. Even worse, they ran out of boxes and wardrobes because the initial quote was miscalculated, so we sat around for another hour waiting for supplies.
Breaks were plentiful — including a long lunch and constant smoking pauses — while my belongings were manhandled and carelessly packed. I had carefully separated my wardrobe into seasons and occasions (winter, summer, casual, party) and they mixed everything together. The unpacking was a mess. They left boxes scattered everywhere and I had to spend two extra days sorting, cleaning, and doing inventory.
On top of it all, several items I wanted to discard (books, furniture, clothes) were never taken to the dump as discussed, so I had to deal with disposal myself.
But the worst part? They lost two incredibly important items:
– A full suitcase of rare vintage party outfits I use for professional fashion shoots
– A couture embroidered gown from Dior — irreplaceable.
And, just to add a final touch of mayhem, when they came back to collect the fridge contents they’d forgotten, they locked themselves out of the building.
I paid £3,500 — upfront — for this disaster, and I deeply regret it. I live alone, and these were my only belongings. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Absolutely amazing delivery. They were friendly and totally unphased by the building works leading to the property which another company yesterday refused to deliver to!!
They unpacked, assembled the bed and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.
