DO NOT USE THEM.
THEY'RE THE WORST - They've lost part of my staff. Plus, the drivers are messy and very rude. When the guy opened the van everything was broken and half of my staff lost. No one took responsibilit, neither logistics - [Name removed by Sirelo] is her name.
No one answers my calls anymore and I've lost very important documents,as well as staff that costs loads of money, either by being broken or missing.

We hired Wilson Removals for our relocation from London to Lisbon, and it turned into a nightmare. Half of our belongings, including our TV, bed, and all our clothes, never arrived. Initially, Wilson Removals lured us in with what appeared to be reasonable rates, only to overcharge us by weight. It became evident that the weight estimates they provided for each item were artificially high, presumably designed to inflate the cost.
The ordeal did not end there. When we sought explanations and assistance regarding our missing items, Wilson Removals strung us along for months with empty promises. They continuously assured us that they would call back with information or send updates which never materialized. Two months have now passed, and our possessions are still missing.
Moreover, the positive reviews on their website appear suspicious and potentially fabricated. Given our experience and the lack of transparency and accountability from Wilson Removals, I strongly advise against using this company. They seem to operate by misleading customers and possibly engaging in deceitful practices. Avoid them if you don’t want to risk losing your entire livelihood.Read more

Constantly changing delivery dates, excuses for non delivery & when finally arrived over £3000 of damages. That have refused to send a claim form to their insurance who will not act without one. They have never denied responsibility but still we have to take them to small claims court. Shockingly bad quality of service.
