From start to finish was A star.
The quote was excellent and arrived a day after estimators visit.
Communication was good and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The day of the move the men turned up on time. Very smartly dressed in matching sweatshirts.
They got down to the job straight away and loaded quickly, quietly and efficiently.
The same crew + 1 delivered the next day with exactly the same quality service. We packed our own goods but not one thing was damaged on the journey.

I had serval items damaged, company refused liability, told me to claim on my insurance. Would not recommend. Wished I had seen these reviews before booking.

My furniture was in store of approx. 7 weeks, when it was delivered, my furniture was mouldy and wet. The mattress I had put in a cover myself had obviously been standing in wet as the cover was black and mouldy and the bottom of the mattress was wet and stained. My dining table legs were split where they had soaked up damp, my leather settees were mouldy and the arms had indentations where something had been stored on top and the cushions had some red staining on them which they said was transfer from one of my boxes. I was told to use nail varnish remover to get these off, as if!!! and if colouring from the box did transfer to furniture, what was it doing stored on my suite and surely that could only happen if it was very damp. My oak coffee table legs were black and the lower shelf. My linen basket which had lamp shades inside had 'fur' growing on it and the shades inside were all mouldy. Basket and shades had to be thrown away. The removal men themselves were very good and took their own photos of the items and told me to ring their office. I did this and was told to send photos as well which I did. I was then told to take the photos again with the furniture 'in Situ'. The original photos WERE taken with the furniture in situ and the delivery men could confirm this. I have also been told that the mould is MY FAULT as the spores would have been on the furniture to start with, which I find an unbelievable excuse, especially as this did not happen to all the furniture, just one crate of furniture. Even some of the boxes were so wet the bottoms dropped out as they were carrying them into the house. As yet, after waiting a month, they have done nothing.Read more

We asked for all large furniture and expensive pictures to be packaged by mover for safe transport & storage. No packaging was brought, and the items ended up being packed in the house buyer’s re-used packaging, or just covered with blankets.
