BTR Intl helped me to move from Hong Kong to the UK. They have the best crew taking care of my belongings. I don’t have to worry about anything. The movers are nice, they handled my stuff with care. The coordinator was kind and patient to answer my questions, which are mostly silly questions but I was quite nervous as this was my first move across countries. With their help I have settled down in such short period.

As my move was quite short notice and specific dates I was unable to book it with BTR. But the agent was so helpful and full of information and advice. Would definitely use in the future.

Could not have asked for a better experience with our international move with BTR. Removal professionals on both sides were meticulous, pleasant, and highly skilled. All items carefully packed, stored, and unpacked/reassembled at destination on schedule as promised. Our move coordinator, Sarah, was extremely proactive, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We've used this company for both of our house moves over the years. We have found their service to be excellent. Competitive pricing both times. Their customer service is very accessible and their removal crews are very flexible and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending BTR.

Exceptional service cannot find fault at all. Office staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Crew were on time very professional and curious. Will definitely recommend and will definitely use again! Thank you BTR for making a stressful day run smoothly

BTR have been moving our household effects around the world to the various destinations my employment has taken me, for around 17 years! We've finally returned to the UK for a hopefully more stable existence. However since our very first move, the care, attention to detail and professionalism of the whole team, including their contracted packing and unpacking agents used in the various locations we've gone to, have been exemplary. The UK crews in particular should be single out. Hard working, organised, cheerful and diligent packers and unpackers.
The service from the management team has always been first class,. Wherever we've been in the world, on moving day and on redelivery day, there is always phone call from a senior manager to either myself or my wife, just to make sure everything is going to plan and to address any concerns we may have.
I cannot recommend BTR International highly enough to anyone who needs to move home internationally, or domestically. Peace of mind comes as standard with the service they provide.Read more
