There's only one word for these removal firm AMAZING. Completely satisfied with the whole move. I've used them twice in one week. One for myself the other for my 88 year old mum. They were totally professional and all the time a good sense of humour and still very kind to us knowing its a very stressful time. Thank you so much to everyone who took part with the move. Wish you all very good 👍 luck for the future. X

Michael Clark & Sons just moved us in from Preston to Liverpool. 4 hours from start to finish. Great guys, very professional, no issues, highly recommended. Would definitely use again. (Note: Ensure teas/coffees are readily available for them).

When Michael arrived to give us an estimate we were impressed because nothing was difficult, anything was possible and he filled us with confidence that his firm could do the job well, on any day that we required. On the day the guys were friendly, enthusiastic, and nothing was too much trouble. They cleared the house carefully and quickly and arrived quickly when we had completed the sale to deliver. Again, they were extremely helpful, capable and professional. I have done a lot of moves having been in the military for many years. This was the best removal team I have experienced. Well done😁👍

Would not recommend this bunch of cowboys, the amount of damage they have done, an it's taken months to get there Insurance details, and still have not got a claim from, mr Clark has made threats to ourselves, so we are having to take them to court.. moving cost £480, damaged to Oil paintings £455, fridge freezer door £150, ripped settle unreapable due to age, so costing us a new settle, furniture antiques damaged... what they offered us £80... yes £80... so avoid this firm folks.......JUST read the reply from Clark's below, posted today 12/11/19 they HAVE NOT SENT a claim form, there is called insurance has not SENT A FORM, the Damage they did, was Not there before hand. not once did mr clark point out any so called damage, or the damage to our NEW Fridge freezers door, or the NEW tear to the top of the soffa bed/settie, we have FOUR Hairy cats, and the Picture Taken as soon as we noticed the New Tear has No Cat Hairs within it. the so called paper work, clarks, sent out, or sent again are no where to be seen, as you cant send what they never did send, also, we Signed nothing,.. TWO Months we have had not paperwork, or clam forms, it Taken clarks a Whole month and half, before they even gave there insurance companies details, then it seems to a a part time worker, who seems to spend more time away from there place of work than in it, as does not replay for weeks to e-mails.. there so called £80 good will offer, is a insult, and remains a insult, i send we would expect the full refund of the moving costs, but since we have had a letter, from the Oil painting restorers quoting the cost of £455 to repair the damage there did, also a new fridge freezer door, we have been left with no option than to take clarks to court, there reply below, again is the same as all the e-mails. Do Not Use this firm if you value your items people. Cowboys, as they we chucking our items, on the backs of there vans, until my partner went out to watch them, premise of watch so now one would taken stuff from the back of the vans, as where we lived folk would have done that, they where leaving the vans unguarded before my partner went down to keep watch...Read more

There may be good reviews about this company, however, there is another side to them.
If you are unfortunate to have your furniture damaged by them, then don't expect to have any claim settled anytime soon. In fact, don't expect to be paid at all.
They damaged my sofa, see photos, at some point during our move, admitted liability but did nothing about it, said they had contacted their insurers, but hadn't. I had to contact their insurers to ask for a claims form which I sent to Michael Clark. During a follow up phone call he said he had sent it to his insurers, guess what, he hadn't.
This person is not to be trusted, he lies and will totally ignore all your emails, messages etc.
If this has happened to you, contact their insurers and complain, maybe they will refuse to renew their policy.
