There's only one word for these removal firm AMAZING. Completely satisfied with the whole move. I've used them twice in one week. One for myself the other for my 88 year old mum. They were totally professional and all the time a good sense of humour and still very kind to us knowing its a very stressful time. Thank you so much to everyone who took part with the move. Wish you all very good 👍 luck for the future. X

Michael Clark & Sons just moved us in from Preston to Liverpool. 4 hours from start to finish. Great guys, very professional, no issues, highly recommended. Would definitely use again. (Note: Ensure teas/coffees are readily available for them).

When Michael arrived to give us an estimate we were impressed because nothing was difficult, anything was possible and he filled us with confidence that his firm could do the job well, on any day that we required. On the day the guys were friendly, enthusiastic, and nothing was too much trouble. They cleared the house carefully and quickly and arrived quickly when we had completed the sale to deliver. Again, they were extremely helpful, capable and professional. I have done a lot of moves having been in the military for many years. This was the best removal team I have experienced. Well done😁👍

High costing for less than a two hour job (£250, No Invoice provided after request, still awaiting for their response), less flexibility & worst attitude, broke a fragile bath screen glass enclosure(£239) even with the box highlighting FRAGILE, no care was taken, & never took responsibility for their mistake. Never encountered such a poor service in my life.
Update: For your kind information, Even me prior to reaching the site, the pallets has been moved by your team, in the so called unfriendly terrain & storage facility. Pls try not to blame it on customer, it's all about handling goods, I don't need to explain, ask your colleague who dropped the panel, could be bit more careful is all im trying to explain & a sorry would had made it easier from the team when it happened. Also, rushing the time was definitely not me.
Late this evening I got a call from your team member literally wanting to meet me to settle it face to face, I honestly don't know what it means, but he repeatedly said it over 20 times on 2 seperate calls. I as a customer would be easier to settle with an apology rather bring anger & wrong attitude again is not good sign.
Anyways, I thank you for your clarification & support. Im done updating.Read more

From day one after the initial quote, Michael and his team have provided an excellent service. They have shown patience and accommodation when arranging a delivery date which was changed at the last minute.
Our removal was long haul over a two day period and the team arrived promptly and efficiently loaded the lorries with care and speed.
On arrival at our new home in Wales, the team overcame difficulties with access and worked hard to make sure our belongings were placed in our home appropriately. Clark & Sons are a very friendly and reassuring company, especially with a big move and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a choice for any one looking for a removal firm.

Michael and his team did a wonderful job! We had booked for removals on July 16 for a final move on July 20. Shortly after they departed we received an email stating that our closing would not be July 20. Michael took care of storing our furniture and belongings from July 20 to Aug 26, finally, our date to close on new house! The team was very efficient, friendly, careful with delicate pieces and professional. I have moved 3 time in the last few years and generally have had stickers placed for inventory. I was concerned when they didn't do this, but it was certainly not to be something to worry about. Everything arrived in one piece and packed perfectly. Not one broken piece. They supplied all the boxes and packing and picked up boxing a couple of days after notification that they were ready for pick up. Excellent job! Highly recommend.
