Disaster. They picked up our possessions and disappeared with them. They have been impossible to contact since then. We are contacting the police because these people are thieves.

We contracted Phillips Removals to move our things to Spain and paid all the charges upfront including storage costs but couldn't make the move due to the pandemic. We contacted them to deliver our goods to Ashford on a certain date but they failed to deliver. We spent the 1st night sleeping on the floor as we had no furniture and the next week in a hotel.
Mr. [name removed by Sirelo](the owner) promised to cover our feeding and accommodation costs since it was their fault we didn't have our goods but it was all empty promises.
After receiving our last set of goods almost a month later, we still didn't get our expenses refunded.
They stopped communicating with us and never responded to our mails, texts or letters.
We also found out that they mis-sold their services to us as it stated in their contract that they were members of the BAR and we were entitled to an ADR if a dispute arises but this was false. We contacted the BAR who denied them being members and we therefore had no way to raise a dispute through them.
Stay clear of this company and the owner as they are very untrustworthy and fraudulent.Read more

They took a bond payment from me for moving my furniture from France back to the UK which I’m not even sure was legit. They should repay it now my things are in the uK but they’re not answering their emails/phone and I’ve just seen a link saying they are no longer trading.
They are totally untrustworthy.

DO NOT USE - took a significant deposit (hard earned pandemic income) for removal June 2021 which was cancelled in due time and STILL waiting for refund.

Got a quote for jersey CI to Spain. They got the first half of the money when booked and then sent various emails asking for 2nd half of the money before it was due. They then cancelled on me 2 using the excuse of covid and then ferries being cancelled (wich had already been warned was going to happen) I have now been trying to get my refund since February (now in may) with no luck. Getting my calls cancelled and declined and even being hung up on.
This has obviously put me out my way as half my stuff has had to be thrown away. I've had to pay for storage for other belonging and am still struggling to get my items to Spain
So unprofessional and unreliable.

Well what can I say, absolutely fabulous from the time I asked for a quote until the goods arrived, fabulous value and they tailored the delivery to our needs, all goods was separately shrink wrapped and numbered, customer service is Ace, driver & office kept in constant contact with us, very fast efficient service, amazing company, would definately recommend to anyone to use in UK or Spain
