Generally good. Pickup was late.. OK and smallish van. Luckily I had pallet wrap to protect while carrying sofa in wet with frequent touch downs on wet steps. Not a complaint but collection didn't seem well prepared.

Good value for money and great service provided from start to finish. The staff were excellent, very polite, courteous and highly efficient. I have already recommended their services to a friend that is planning to move from the UK to Portugal and I will not hesitate to recommend their company again if I had more opportunities

[names removed by Sirelo] arrived at our house in Carvoeiro on the Tuesday to start wrapping/packing everything and their professionalism in the way they protected everything was amazing. Courteous and polite at all times, they worked extremely hard to get things done and achieved it in 3 days. The following Tuesday the huge artic came to pack everything and send it on it's way and once again, the team were on time, organised and went about things in a cheerful manner although it was very hard work and very hot ! Everything got in the artic (just !) and they went on their merry way. Artic arrived in Queen Charlton with somewhat difficult access, but the driver [name removed by Sirelo] managed it without any problems and the team set about unloading. As expected, the cheerful crew got on with this and achieved it in about 6 hours. I cannot fault anything with this company and they did us proud.
