The guys were brilliant on the day, arrived promptly, handled my items with care, and moved everything to my storage unit quickly on the day of moving. All stacked and arranged perfectly. Thank you for the service

Quoted with Expert Removals a week before moving which I appreciated as I knew it was quite short notice. Received a very competitive quote (60% cheaper than another firm who got back to us) and communication was great leading up to and on the day. Showed up on time and helped move our 2 bed flat to storage, making the whole process easy in great time and with great care. Can't fault the service and would highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Stayed in touch from booking to removal date. The team were polite and friendly turning up on time. Everything was handled with care using extra blankets and wrapping when needed. Can highly recommend. It was a great service.

Please look at my previous reviews and see that I am not somebody who complains often. In fact I am fairly sure that all of my previous reviews are 5 star.
This is ridiculous. I ended up the poor victim of expert removals because our move date changed and they were the only company that were available after Osbournes were not able to accommodate us.
First I had to chase for the packaging materials, and was able to acquire these three days before our move date. Fine. Whilst not entirely professional, the service was provided.
But then came the move day. Two fellas showed up in a van. The heavy expensive stuff was loaded and driven to my new address. I followed in my car. My pregnant partner supervised while I drove back to our old place. What followed was seemingly a demolition of my most expensive furniture as they lacked any tools whatsoever to disassemble anything and instead tried to brute force it in. The pictures of the aftermath are attached. The only thing that the movers were successful in was stacking my furniture in such a way that it obscured the damage.
Once the removers got back to my old house for the second load, they attempted to haggle with me in order to continue the job. At this point being well behind schedule, I naively agreed to it because at this point I just needed it doing. They loaded another third of the furniture and took it to the new address. At the other side, I did most of the lifting and shifting.
Then I was told that they could not return for the remaining third as this would take them beyond Thier allowed working time, and so I had to personally shift the rest of my possessions, finally completing around 4am.
Over the next few months I uncovered more and more furniture that had been absolutely destroyed and stacked in such a way that it would not be obvious, due to my circumstances and the birth of my first child, I have been slow to uncover the extent of the destruction and deception.
I raised a complaint, was ignored for a week and then given a number to call which did not work.
I beseech anyone who is moving house, avoid this company like the plague. I would have had more success just doing the whole thing myself, and wouldn't have had the expense of a few grand for the privilege.Read more

Wow! Honestly, couldn't recommend a moving company more!! im always wary of hourly rates due to people taking their time but WOW. Expert Removals was fast, efficient, respectful, and went above and beyond.
They made sure everything in the house was taken for us, even if we didn't have it on the list (like baskets, blankets etc.) it wasn't expected but it saved us 2-3 trips back to the house!!
The 3 guys were amazing and very friendly, they all worked well together and listened to make sure everything went in the right place!
I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving in the Manchester area. because this is the best moving company I've ever dealt with! 10/10.
