They made sure everything in the house was taken for us, even if we didn't have it on the list (like baskets, blankets etc.) it wasn't expected but it saved us 2-3 trips back to the house!!
The 3 guys were amazing and very friendly, they all worked well together and listened to make sure everything went in the right place!
I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving in the Manchester area. because this is the best moving company I've ever dealt with! 10/10.
We provided and agreed upon a full itemisation of our belongings before the move, including beds and a TV. Yet on the day, they sent just two clearly inexperienced movers with a medium 2.5T van, who immediately claimed we had “too much stuff.”
Even the simplest tasks were beyond them. Dismantling a bed became a challenge. Removing a washing machine? They said a radiator was in the way — my wife had to point out that the radiator simply lifted off the hook. At the new property, they refused to reinstall the TV despite this being explicitly agreed to in our booking.
This outfit is nothing but a bunch of cowboys — unprofessional, unprepared, and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and frustration. Do not use this company under any circumstances!

You state that it was never agreed you would re-mount the TV. This isn’t accurate. I made this requirement clear during the booking process, and I have an email screenshot confirming it was acknowledged. On the day, I raised this with “Alex Hales” and he said would get back to me, but no update was ever given. When I reminded him later, the matter was simply dismissed. You also claim that I accepted your Terms & Conditions — however, these were never sent to me. The only reference was a footnote in an email saying “for our terms and conditions, visit our website.” If you knew you couldn’t meet the requirements made clear from the start, the booking should not have been accepted.
You charged me until 5:30pm even though the staff had finished by 5:15pm.
With regard to the beds, yes, my wife asked your team to leave reassembly — but only because by then we had no confidence in how efficiently the work would be done. Even basic tasks such as unplugging a washing machine had taken much longer than expected, and at several points my eight-months-pregnant wife and her parents in their 60s had to help lift items just to keep the move progressing. That should never have been necessary.
You also claim that I was “pushing for a discount from the beginning.” In fact, your company initially offered me a discounted hourly rate that was valid until the end of the month. When I later booked, I simply asked if that same rate would still apply. You confirmed it would. This is very different from requesting an additional discount.
Finally, you describe me as “rude, awkward, and uncooperative.” I disagree. Expecting to receive the service I booked does not make me unreasonable. Your staff were friendly enough on the day and I hold nothing against them personally, but the efficiency and quality of the work left much to be desired. Especially considering I’d made it very clear to you that the move needed to be done by 12pm, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever even after that time had passed and we had to request an extension.
Overall, I find your business operations to be sly, dishonest and fully focused on squeezing as mush as possible from every single customer, and I find that appalling.Read more
We were so pleased with how they handled our house move that they were our first and only call when we needed to get rid of some old furniture. Just like before, they were quick. We would happily recommend them to all our friends and family. Thanks again to the whole team!
