Did not strike me as professionals but more of a glorified men with a large enough van.
Positives: they turned up on time and then everything was moved from one property to the other.
Negative: For the price I paid, to move furniture and belongings from and to a one bedroom apartment, it took 7-8 hours. It didn’t seem like there was much efficiency to their work, just I’ll take what I can see and then pack as I go. This was epitomised by the the fact I walked through all of the belongings that needed to be taken which included a washing machine but by the time they had taken everything and packed the truck as best they could they had forgotten the washing machine and we had to make an additional trip. add an extra time and therefore extra cost to me. The guys struggled with English and had terrible hygiene. Didn’t unload the belongings in an efficient manor and asking me obvious things like where should the bed and safe should go. Also didn’t come prepared with tools and left it in the van to dismantle items I had listed prior to arrival and when I talked through the items that needed dismantling. They charge me extra for cling film of drawers etc. which I had to pay in cash even though this was not advertised as an expense I had to provide or cover, felt like the guys were trying to pull a fast one for extra cash.Read more

Had a wonderful experience with the team that came out to help me with my move. From start to finish the team were communicative, handled everything with ease and did the job in a nice and timely fashion (which deserves props are the property I moved from had a few set of stairs to travel up and down)
Would recommend for anyone to use as they were really great on the day!

Absolutely can’t fault them. Communication was very easy and the lads who helped on the day were phenomenal. They had to wait for quite a while during a heatwave and I felt awful but they were wonderful about it (mortgage chain). Would highly recommend!!!

Malik and his team were quick, organised and considerate of our money, belongings and time. All communication before and after the move was thorough and professional, and Expert Removals were great value for an experienced Manchester City Centre moving company. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone!
