I cannot recommend Nick and his team enough, from the start Nick was excellent in explaining the process and conducting a thorough walkthrough of my house via WhatsApp to ensure the right size van was provided. We needed to move our dates a few times and every time Nick was friendly, professional and helpful.
On the day James and Marie were fabulous and efficient loading the van ensuring all our belongs were protected and stacked carefully. Unfortunately we had the worst news on the day that we couldn't complete on our onwards purchase, again Nick and the team were fabulous arranging to take all our things into storage as we still completed on the sale.
Nick rearranged delivery at our new home when we (finally) moved in, James and (I'm so sorry I can't remember your colleagues name) were brilliant. They moved everything carefully in to the rooms requested and were very polite.
A few days later we noticed we were missing a couple of items (it happens and absolute no fault of the team
). Nick tracked them down and kindly arranged delivery to my parents as we were away.
Overall they truly are a 5* company with 5* service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are also competitively priced and are highly experienced which when you end up in an unforeseen situation is invaluable and saved us a lot of stress.
