Incredibly poor service.
Managed to send the wrong vehicles and were understaffed for the actual move.
Managed to damage ourTV and now simply unwilling to accept responsibility and they are not even insured.
Claiming they cannot provide copenastion for the TV and insurance wont pay on a technicality. That technicality is they did not test the TV was in working order before THEY moved it.
TV was working fine before removals touched.
No longer responding to any emails and accepting responsibility for damage.
Would not use this company ever again

The price quoted soon doubled due to them offering a much smaller vehicle than what was actually need, my house was a small semi which they assured me the van quoted would be sufficient for an average 3 bed Semi. There was a lot of damage to furniture, tables, an oak chair, wardrobe doors were all chipped. One of the workers ( the only one who actually worked hard) wore gloves which left black rubber on surfaces all over the house I was leaving which took 2 hours to clean off, all items he touched including sofas, mattress, cushions chairs, tables. On issuing my concern they said they would come back with an offer to remedy the damage, after 7 chases they have not returned a call or email. They won’t give me the details of their insurance company nor is it available on their website. Please stay clear of this company they are not trust worthy at all

- Untrue qoute - added additional extras on the day of removal without just reason leaving you with no choice
- Unable to estimate adequate size of van required meaning additional charges as van was not big enough for belongings
