Excellent service from the request for a quote to the final moving of our belongings into our new home. Adequate packing materials were delivered without delay when needed. The staff were all professional, courteous, careful and so strong and hard working. Our belongings were taken to store and delivered 2 weeks later to our new home with no problems encountered. Such excellent service made the move so much less stressful than it might have been. I thoroughly recommend Lloyd & Pawlett for a first class house-moving experience.

Amazing service from the start.
A visit from one of the owners to see what was needed. A quote to suite our needs. Lorry arrived on time, matts were put out to protect floors, covers where needed on furniture and mattresses.
3 straping lads happy to just get on with the job. A whole day's work, what a day. very impressed with the process and the lads, i would definitely recommend the team. Thank you for making a crazy day run smoothly.

Lloyd & Pawlett moved our furniture from a storage container to our new house. Their communication was great and the move went as planned. They were really helpful ensuring all our belongings were placed where we wanted them. A cheerful hard working trio and the cost appeared to be an industry average. Definitely recommend.

Very happy to recommend Lloyd and Pawlett. Excellent service from quotation to the move itself. The lads who turned up on the day (Janis and Graham) were an absolute pleasure to deal with, working quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they managed to make the move so much less stressful for me than I was expecting. If I ever move again I will definitely use this company.

Used this company to put our furniture and belongings into storage for around a 12 month period. We had it delivered to the new home just in March 2025. We were horrified to see the mess of our furniture upon delivery as none of the mattresses or bed frames and u its were wrapped or protected - every mattress was covered in dirt and many of the bed frames were damaged. The company offered £1500.00 compensation and sent out cleaners but overall this does not meet the cost of the losses we have incurred. Totally unacceptable and I advise anyone in the Pembrokeshire area to find an alternative to this company!!

The team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They worked like Trojans all day long for us they moved a 3 bedroom house in a matter of hours we were very impressed. We have used other local removals who didn’t have a patch on these guys. Nothing was too much for them if a piece of furniture didn’t fit right in one room they moved it to another for us with no complaints. I would especially like to thank Bobby who was outstanding, so helpful and smiled and laughed with us all day. The guys made us feel at ease as moving is so stressful anyway. I would highly recommend them for removals. 😊
