Very mixed. First van that came were amazing, three men. One very good at organising others good at lifting carrying. Three polite, helpful and checked where to put things.
Then second van arrived. Oh my days!! I believe (I could be wrong) the manager of the company was on this trip. They were unprofessional, very disrespectful. Things were chucked, thrown. Everything was placed on top of eachother in one room, so much so we were totally blocked out of a room. As my husband is disabled this caused a great deal of problems as they refused to move it. He wasn't able to access his bedroom.
Many items were broken including a bed where they literally chucked it and a wardrobe that they dropped. My cooker glass top smashed and many items although clearly labelled which way up and take care, this was not shown. Many things we are still discovering are broken.
Very unprofessional and all I can say is it's a shame as it made a stressful day a million times worse.

This firm moved us from Pembrokeshire to Somerset. Almost every item of our furniture was damaged in some way or other. Some items are unusable now and others are scratched, dented scraped or dirty.
There must be an A team and a B team. Our team were rude and unprofessional. [Names removed by Sirelo] were completely unconcerned by damage and quoted £40 limit in terms and conditions to protect themselves.
We would never recommend them.
