We used Ark Relocations in July 2025 for a full move out of the area to Kent, and they genuinely took the stress out of the entire process. Even with several last‑minute changes, Gabby went above and beyond to help, delivering a truly first‑class service.
The team handling the move was fantastic, professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. They made everything feel effortless and even helped ease my stress along the way. When we arrived at our new home, they were already there, ready to get started.
I can’t recommend Ark highly enough. They were recommended to me, and I’m so grateful they were. I would happily and confidently pass that recommendation on to anyone else.

Fantastic communication organising the move from the office with all and any questions answered. On the day the crew turned up punctually and very professionally loaded the truck ensuring the safety of all my belongings. Due to distance the move into new home happened next day and this was the bit I worried about but Gabby and his marvellous crew excelled here and what could have been a very stressful couple of days became easy. Highly recommend Ark Relocation and would definitely use again (though hopefully not for many years lol)

I would highly recommend Gabby and the team from Ark Relocations. They managed our move from the UK to Germany with exceptional professionalism and patience, from the initial consultation to the final day of the move.
We chose their full-service package, which meant we didn’t have to lift a finger. This significantly reduced our stress and made the entire experience much smoother. On moving day, the team arrived promptly and reviewed the plan with my wife and me one final time.
Once we were ready, we handed over the keys to Gabby and began our drive to Germany, confident that everything was in capable hands. As promised, the keys to our old house were handed over to the estate agent, who later gave us positive feedback—saying the house had been left clean and tidy.
A few days later, the team arrived at our new home. We gave them a quick tour and labelled each room, after which they got straight to work unpacking. The crew was friendly, helpful, and even assisted with items they hadn’t delivered. We especially appreciated them mounting our large TV on the wall before unpacking the floor units—it made things so much easier for us.
The entire process took a couple of days. Once everything was complete, Gabby walked through the house with us for a final check to ensure everything was as we wanted. At no point did we feel rushed to sign off on the job.

Amazing from start to finish. Great advice from Gabby when he popped over to prepare the quote. The removal team were so good on move day. I had quite a lot of heavy boxes thanks to an extensive rock magazine collection and the guys coped with that without complaint.
At the new house they performed a small miracle getting my sofa through narrow doors. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the whole job. Even more so, when they had completed jobs in the previous two days in extreme heat. Thankfully my move day was much cooler. No breakages nor damage to any of my stuff. This was also the best price out of several quotes too. Brilliant and highly recommended.
