It was great help for us moving to new property today. Chris and Jason were very professional and reliable. They came before time and made sure that we would feel comfortable. They dismantled and reassembled our furnitures without any damage. That too, comparing to other movers the cost was so less. I cannot thank enough for what they have done today.

This is the second time we’ve used Happy Man & Van and I can honestly say we’ll use them time and time again,
not only did they manage to squeeze us in last minute they were super fast and easy communication wise. Jason & Chris arrived on time were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us to alleviate the pressure of a quick move. Nothing is too much trouble for these two and they’re great fun too! Ask for Chris & Jason you won’t regret it :) Thanks again guys!

Had a fantastic experience this week moving house. Incredibly professional and made the move seamless, flexible and stress free. Couldn’t recommend more. Rick and Jason were both a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonably priced in comparison to a few other local movers. Will use them again for any future moves. Thanks again!

Be careful to make sure they have not cancelled your booking. I spoke to guys from Happy Man and Van 4 weeks before move to make sure there is ample time. They sent someone to the property to assess all items to be moved. I spoke to Rick on phone for 15mins and went through details. Following the call there were 2 emails confirming appointment and items list to be moved and price agreed. At no point on the call did they mention I had to pay a deposit.
1 week before move I called to confirm what time on the day are they planning to arrive. I got the shock when they said there is no booking on the system as they cancelled due to no deposit. And they can't accommodate me as they have another big job booked for that day. There was no call or email from them before cancelling.
Apparently there was a small print in blue hardly visible at the end of 2 page email that mentions £50 deposit. Given I had called and emails multiple times I had not bothered to go through email line by line. This should be made obvious on call and email. Also I would have expected a call or follow up email before cancellation.
I then was left on my own to find a moving company 1 week before move, which was really difficult.
So just be careful.Read more
