Needed a reliable company to deliver and build a sideboard & dining table to our client’s son in his new London apartment.
Katy at Springbox organised everything easily and quickly, even providing someone to hang some artwork for us.

For the last two weeks I've been trying to use storage services provided by this company while being constantly 'dodged' by the customer support team. After a fair amount of calls (6) and emails (3), I didn't get any paperwork to confirm that a storage is booked and that the team is ready to accept the upcoming shipment. Everything has been confirmed only over the phone and given the amount and value of the shipment, there is no way I can trust the company without a proper written confirmation. What was consistently suggested by Springbox employees over the phone: 'just send it to us, we will receive your shipment'.
At the end, I were urged to look for another storing solution last minute and pay huge amending fees to transportation company for changing our destination address. Despite all the positive feedback I saw on Google Maps, I personally do not recommend using services of this company.

I can’t recommend Spring Box enough. The booking was easy and the quote reasonable. The guys we had on the day, Michael and Mark, really went above and beyond. We moved from a 3rd floor flat with no lift, and I didn’t hear a single comment or complaint about the amount of stairs. They were cheerful, polite and friendly. The guys dismantled and moved large items, such as wardrobes, ottoman bed, sideboard and bookcases. They then speedily reassembled these items at the new house and nothing was damaged. They took care not to mark any walls or carpets in our newly decorated property. I booked them as my cousin had a great experience with Spring Box 2 years ago and I’m happy to report that the standards are still high.

We hired Spring Box to move our 1 bed flat’s worth of belongings from Canary Wharf to Greenwich, based on good reviews and competitive pricing. Michael and Adi arrived on time and were incredibly polite, professional and friendly. They came prepared and worked hard, insisting that we sit back and relax in the meantime, which we really appreciated. They honestly made moving a breeze and I would 100% recommend them.

We used springbox to move our 4 bed house from London to Devon and they were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly, careful, fast, they got the job done (packing, moving, reassembling) in two days when all other companies quoted three days. The boss Kyle is a nice guy too. Highly recommended.
