Lads were there for 8.00am bang on, and started work immediately . they were polite and efficient and could not do enough for us. On arrival at new property they ensured everything went in the right room and nothing was no trouble for them, Adam was the leader and was very efficient, I would highly recommend this removal team/ Company to anyone without hesitation.

Just had a run in with one of their drivers today who was blocking a country lane, I politely asked if they could move over a bit, the driver shouted “No! I’m not moving” in an abrupt way. Absolutely no need to speak to people in that tone. There were cars & vans either way trying to do a three point turn in a country lane, I only hope an ambulance or a fire engine doesn’t have to go down there. I came back up the other way an hour later, still hadn’t moved, the company could have least has the decency to put some warning signs out for drivers.

Highly recommend Arthur Owen removals.
Everyone from this company has been fantastic from start to finish. From being so accommodating and helpful with arranging removals at short notice, to the office staff and their friendly efficient manner, to the removal guys who came to pack and unpack our home who were so friendly and professional and worked so hard to get things sorted for us efficiently. I cannot fault your service. Thank you, would highly recommend.

We asked for a quote 2 weeks before we were due to move. A guy came round, looked through every room and garage, said it was a straightforward move and would email me the quote. After several days I emailed them to say we still hadn't had the quote. Never heard anything from them, what a way to run a business, useless.
