Highly recommended! Never seen a group of men work so hard as I have this morning. We had a few quotes and Blakemores was by far the.most competitive, they arrived on time and literally not stopped. Lovely gentlemen, very polite and accomodating.

Highly recommend this company. Local, hardworking and incredibly accommodating after having been messed around by our buyers' solicitors. The boys worked hard from start to finish and adapted to difficult weather conditions and a long journey from the road to our new house. Special shout out to Victoria in the office, who was friendly, patient and flexible with our dates.

We received an excellent service from this family run company.They moved us from Newport to Penzance.
They were polite and courteous throughout.They moved very heavy objects carefully and safely and didn’t rush the process

We used these guys to move a few of our large furniture's to the new house. The first person who came to see what needed to be moved was lovely and reassuring that everything will be taken care of. We then agreed a price with the office for everything and were told we will get a call with the time the movers will be over, this never happened. On the day of the move the movers turned up without any warning one of the movers wasn't happy when we asked him to come back in an hour as we weren't ready. When he did come back he wasn't happy about the amount of work he would have to do for example dismantling the large wardrobe. He then became angry and rough with the furniture and started cursing, saying stuff like this bas**** is to big for the house. He also ended up damaging some of our wardrobe. The other mover that was with him just got on with what he needed to do. When it was time to pay I called the office and they added an extra £40 to the agreed amount because they didn't realise they had to dismantle the bed frame even though even though this was agreed with the first person who came to value everything. Moving is stressful enough but this company made it even harder for us, they are not reliable or friendly and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.Read more

Extremely friendly and helpful office staff with good memory for details. Moved contents into storage to maintain completion dates. Removal staff were accommodating and reasonably good humoured (it was a Friday afternoon). Moving contents out of storage into house in Box. Billing all done via e-mail and bank transfers. Not the cheapest option but quality professional service well worth the price difference.
