The Blakemore’s team moved us from Bristol to South Wales a week before Christmas. They packed up our old house with care and we didn’t have to do a thing. The next day we had a nightmare on completion with horrible delays at the beginning of the chain together with shocking weather! The team were patient, and understanding while we all just had to wait for the keys to get into our new house. Once we were in, they were fantastic! The team not only took care of our things but also took care of us in what was an incredibly stressful situation! I cannot recommend Blakemore’s enough or thank them enough! From the initial call asking for a quote, to coming back and collecting the many empty packing boxes once we were settled, they have been amazing! Five Stars is not enough for this company!

So its been a whole week since we moved into our new home. We would like to thank BLAKEMORE'S REMOVAL AND STORAGE LIMITED. These guys were absolutley amazing, nothing was a problem. They knew exactly what they were doing. The stress of moving is bad but honestly these guys took that away. I honestly wouldnt mind moving if i had these guys again. A big thank you.

Highly recommended! Never seen a group of men work so hard as I have this morning. We had a few quotes and Blakemores was by far the.most competitive, they arrived on time and literally not stopped. Lovely gentlemen, very polite and accomodating.

Highly recommend this company. Local, hardworking and incredibly accommodating after having been messed around by our buyers' solicitors. The boys worked hard from start to finish and adapted to difficult weather conditions and a long journey from the road to our new house. Special shout out to Victoria in the office, who was friendly, patient and flexible with our dates.

We received an excellent service from this family run company.They moved us from Newport to Penzance.
They were polite and courteous throughout.They moved very heavy objects carefully and safely and didn’t rush the process

We used these guys to move a few of our large furniture's to the new house. The first person who came to see what needed to be moved was lovely and reassuring that everything will be taken care of. We then agreed a price with the office for everything and were told we will get a call with the time the movers will be over, this never happened. On the day of the move the movers turned up without any warning one of the movers wasn't happy when we asked him to come back in an hour as we weren't ready. When he did come back he wasn't happy about the amount of work he would have to do for example dismantling the large wardrobe. He then became angry and rough with the furniture and started cursing, saying stuff like this bas**** is to big for the house. He also ended up damaging some of our wardrobe. The other mover that was with him just got on with what he needed to do. When it was time to pay I called the office and they added an extra £40 to the agreed amount because they didn't realise they had to dismantle the bed frame even though even though this was agreed with the first person who came to value everything. Moving is stressful enough but this company made it even harder for us, they are not reliable or friendly and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.Read more
