5 star company. Called up Wednesday afternoon on a whim needing a huge double fridge freezer moved up a flight of stairs. They offered a very competitive price and had it done by 3pm the next day!

This company responded quickly with a slot booked to survey today between 9-12. At 0856 I noticed a missed call and phoned back to be told it was the removal company and that she was driving to Exeter to do another job. I said we arranged for 9 but she said I didn't answer and could she come back later.
Really frustrating. I had cancelled other plans to travel here especially for this survey. This was really rude and unprofessional. Hence, this review.
