I moved from US to UK, they moved in boxes in the flat and they did unpack the boxes, when I asked they told me they don’t unpack, I will to unpack the items and they will come at a later days. My stuff were in the streets, they left soda, cigarettes buds in front of the flat, papers all, stained my carpet. The gentleman was rude and yelling at me when I told I am missing a bike and a couch, he told me I can come and look. I was outside there is nail that damage my car or neighbours, they were only here for 2 hours to offload and I know that is not true. I would not anything in power to make they are not use as a contractor. My carpets needs to be clean, that’s my first thing. I would have unpack the boxes and see whatelse is missing.

Moved from UK to US. Movers did not check cupboards/drawers, saw single cups left unpacked, chose to hide them in the sink instead of packing them, several items overlooked, parts (screws/etc.) to furniture were left behind, tried to wrap breakables without bubblewrap. They didn't tell me they would be unable to crate my items on location because they chose not to bring a crate to the pack-out, until my items were already loaded on the truck - but the movers tried to say that I okayed it.. I didn't. Communications from the manager (emails/text) stated that they would have to document/crate offsite because I wasn't home for the viewing of the pack out. I was home for the entire thing - until the pack out was finished, paperwork completed, they left, and I turned over keys of my apartment, and reported their sketchiness to the base TMO office... TMO issued them a formal warning. They then tried to get me to watch and sign-off on them crating my items hours later, offsite, even though I could no longer vouch for the safety and security of my items (that nothing was missing/stolen). They said they'd send videos/photos right away of the crating... they didn't. Didn't get that until a day or two later, after I continued to followed-up, requesting it. My belongings were not packed very well. The company overbooked and on the day of I was told it will take 2 days instead of one as their team needed to be divided, which was an inconvenience. Upon my belongings arrival to the next location, the movers and I unpacking noticed furniture taken apart were missing screws and parts not packed together. Also noted were items placed in a box with paper padded at the bottom and top and few items wrapped individually. I’ve watched these guys pack so must’ve been the few that I saw wrapped in paper. I hope to not have the same experience with the next movers. 2 stars only because I haven’t found shattered items yet but hoping to come across screws for my furniture so they can be of use again.

Awesome experience, they were super fast, friendly and very attentive, our last move the movers literally packed everything, even trash in trash cans, these guys even sorted through stuff in the kitchen to see if they had long enough shelf life etc. They checked and made sure to ask about anything with 220V ( since we are moving to the US). Overall a great experience !

Moved from the UK to the US. Movers did not use packing paper in most of our boxes. We had more damage this move than I have ever had…and we have moved about 10 times over the last 30 years. Also, as seen in the pictures, they attempted to “extend” a crate to fit our oversized items…and it didn’t work. Our items were broken and falling out upon arrival. Pretty disappointed with this company.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. It took them 3.5 hours to pack an entire 2 bedroom flat. They were rude and did not listen to me whatsoever. They refused to slow down and they called over additional men in the middle of it without my knowledge or permission. They did not use the product boxes when provided. They did not label things correctly or at all. They did not pack the truck according to weight so things were crushed. They packed things they were not supposed to pack. Furniture and many other things were broken and several items were missing (stolen?) as yet to be found. They packed their packing trash in my boxes. Finally the foreman put a hole in my wall that I could not have done myself and denied it and then wrote his own opinions on my comment sheet.
