A shocking experience involving criminal activity and incompetent movers who tried to do everything on the cheap. Tools stolen.Skimped on boxes-they even just wrapped books in paper. The crates I asked for were not made without much wrangling. They reused our own prepackaged boxes to shove more things in, including boxes with wedding dresses and baby quilts, even piling on unwrapped cooking utensils on fragile textiles.The initial inspector told me four people would be there for the entire moving process. Only two for the first two days, then chaos and thievery as more people just showed up. Pictures, unwrapped, used as furniture wedges. No shoes wrapped. Glassware, books, and frying pans jammed together. Computers thrown in with outdoor planters. I could go on and on. In forty years, with ten international moves in six countries and several others within the UK and the USA, this company delivered the most unprofessional, and dishonest service I have ever experienced.
