My belongings were not packed very well. The company overbooked and on the day of I was told it will take 2 days instead of one as their team needed to be divided, which was an inconvenience. Upon my belongings arrival to the next location, the movers and I unpacking noticed furniture taken apart were missing screws and parts not packed together. Also noted were items placed in a box with paper padded at the bottom and top and few items wrapped individually. I’ve watched these guys pack so must’ve been the few that I saw wrapped in paper. I hope to not have the same experience with the next movers. 2 stars only because I haven’t found shattered items yet but hoping to come across screws for my furniture so they can be of use again.

Awesome experience, they were super fast, friendly and very attentive, our last move the movers literally packed everything, even trash in trash cans, these guys even sorted through stuff in the kitchen to see if they had long enough shelf life etc. They checked and made sure to ask about anything with 220V ( since we are moving to the US). Overall a great experience !

Moved from the UK to the US. Movers did not use packing paper in most of our boxes. We had more damage this move than I have ever had…and we have moved about 10 times over the last 30 years. Also, as seen in the pictures, they attempted to “extend” a crate to fit our oversized items…and it didn’t work. Our items were broken and falling out upon arrival. Pretty disappointed with this company.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. It took them 3.5 hours to pack an entire 2 bedroom flat. They were rude and did not listen to me whatsoever. They refused to slow down and they called over additional men in the middle of it without my knowledge or permission. They did not use the product boxes when provided. They did not label things correctly or at all. They did not pack the truck according to weight so things were crushed. They packed things they were not supposed to pack. Furniture and many other things were broken and several items were missing (stolen?) as yet to be found. They packed their packing trash in my boxes. Finally the foreman put a hole in my wall that I could not have done myself and denied it and then wrote his own opinions on my comment sheet.

Just recently did a move from Plymouth UK to Florida. The packers were great, very kind and professional and very careful with my furniture and housing items. However when I got to my new home and started unpacking I wasn't missing any boxes but I was missing small electronics from my shipment. I can only assume that during the pack up they were set aside and put on the truck for someone else's home rather than mine.
So just be careful with this company, watch them because they may be shopping for items they want to take to their own homes.
