Terrible experience, transit cover manager is so unhelpful, unreasonable and very unprofessional. Shame because dealing with the rest of the team during the move was a pleasant experience. They delivered a set of furniture to the unintended location and I had to organise for the items to be sent back to me at my own expense, upon which I unfortunately found missing parts that meant I could not use the furniture. I had already emailed them explaining that I would be unable to inspect all the items within the 30 day period as they were 2 separate deliveries more than 200 miles apart and could not travel that far within the 30 days due to unavoidable circumstances. By the time I discovered the missing furniture parts, I was outside of their 30 day window, given the faff of organising for the items to be re-delivered from where they had been erroneously sent. Their transit manager was extremely rude and concluded my case with a dismissive statement ' You can find a local handyman to source and repair the missing bits'. Disappointing experience overall. I wish I could give 0 rating.
I had worst nightmare recently while moving from India to Germany.
1) Absolute disconnects among the teams handling Visa , Shipment , city registrations, apartment search and school search.
2) Shipment delayed due to misinformation and lack of central control (5 months). I ended up buying redundant households due to this
3) Highly unprofessional people. It was almost like they were for the namesake I lead all the process

Besides being unable to keep track of our moving order, the customs process has been horrendous. Their agent is utterly useless in providing guidance and wastes tens of hours of our time giving wrong instructions.

I honestly want to give 0 but decided to give 2 because they did well in the beginning.
All the latest interactions are so bad, and we still have not received anything after 4 months of initial packing, I don't know if we will ever receive them.
They are not proactive either, provide the update only when we chase for one.

Bad organization (they scheduled a delivery that they moved back 13hours before, who does this to people who are moving). Teams have a talent for knee-jerk justification emails, an effort that would have been better used at ensuring the information is shared between the ever changing managers and people in 'charge'. No ownership, no real management, and a real lack for service.
Unless you want to add to the stress of moving, I'd highly recommend you do it yourself.

Terrible, they broke a lot of many items, they refuse to pay for their true checked value, even though I paid for their insurance and used the partner company without notifying me until move-in day. Please don't use them. I moved countries and they hadn't researched the import rules before my moving day, so £1800 of my items had to be left behind in Spain. An unprofessional experience.
Very badly packed items, worse than I would have done myself, yet they are paid a lot to do it
