The move went brilliantly.
The lads were absolutely fantastic.
Mikey, Adam and every other lad that turned up on both days were simply top drawer. Great lads, knew what they were doing.
Superb communication throughout and did everything with a smile on their faces, had a laugh with us both and with each other while moving everything.
We can’t praise them all highly enough. A credit to the business.

Great work done during a stressful time - cant appreciate the professionalism and flexibility of both the office team co-ordinating and planning everything, and the teams that did the actual removal, and then the move from storage into the new home - great guys who were both rapid, yet careful with our possessions and properties. Would definitely use again (but trying to stay in our new home for a while!!)

We recently used Johnson’s for our house move, and overall, the experience was positive. The sales representative was thorough, taking the time to explain why their services might be pricier than others, but we were focused on reliability rather than just cost. During the consultation, we showed all rooms, including the loft and garage loft, which were discussed.
However, when the movers arrived, they informed us that they weren’t insured to access loft spaces, so I had to empty them myself. While this wouldn’t have been a deal breaker if disclosed earlier, finding out on the day was frustrating. It felt like the sales rep overlooked this important detail.
That said, the moving team was excellent—hardworking, professional, and very helpful. I have no complaints about them. My only suggestion to Johnson’s is to ensure their sales team communicates all necessary details upfront to avoid surprises on moving day.

Lovely company to deal with - very friendly and helpful. The arrived bang on 8:30 as promised on both days (they picked on day 1 and moved me on day 2).

Please do not trust these people with your valued items of furniture. The removal team, though quite friendly, were so eager to rush off home on their last day that they caused significant damage to 2 treasured items, one with sentimental value. Their insurers gave the same poor level of service and offered less than 40% of the repair cost leaving us £900 out of pocket.

We booked Johnson’s as we were moving and with a little bit of mishaps with completion of the house Johnson’s changed the date for us; with a fee but it was definitely worth it. We had 3 men from Windsford who came to do our home move and wow we were absolutely flabbergasted with the service. They were amazing from beginning to end. So helpful they took everything from each room carefully and then helped us put everything back in the right places. The 3 men worked so hard we were so grateful with their work ethic and they plodded on for the full move. Thank you so much for taking the stress away and for us being able to move easily and freely. Would definitely recommend. Just to add we were quoted by Cheshire movers who quoted us double the price Johnson’s charge. An a special mention to Tina (Windsford) who understood our stress and went above and beyond to change dates and put us at ease. Thanks again.
