If you’re moving house then you need to book with Smith Removals. Right from the start Allan did everything he could to make moving house stress free. From quote stage to post move he kept me informed, checked in with me and made, what is a very stressful time, easy. I got everything I needed, massive amount of boxes, tape, paper wrap etc. He couldn’t be there on the days we moved but his men were absolutely brilliant. They were polite, courteous and friendly. They made sure I was happy with where everything was and always checked with me where I wanted things. As a woman on my own with children they made me feel very safe and looked after. I honestly can’t praise them enough, if you’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and capable moving company then give Allan a call, you won’t be disappointed.

From coming to quote to picking up the used boxes, Allan has been consistently professional, friendly, approachable and reliable. He constantly kept me updated on what to do, what the plan was and how it was to be implemented. The big day came and went without a single hitch, it was fascinating watching them work as a team and all his “boys” as he puts it couldn’t have been any kinder towards me and my young family. I am so appreciative of them all for removing a huge stress of what already is an intense day. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, thank you so much!

These boys were a god send! Al and Robbie made our move day amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. The logistics of moving house and getting everything onto vans when access is challenged is a skill and the boys nailed it perfectly. It’s so nice to have such genuinely lovely people support you on a house move. From Robbie’s interior design tips to Al’s wit and humour it nearly makes me want to move again (only nearly). Thank you so much for yesterday you really are amazing.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with this removals company. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful process completely hassle-free. Their communication was brilliant, and they were incredibly accommodating—especially as our completion date kept changing right up to the last minute.
Nothing was too much trouble. The team was professional, friendly, and handled all our belongings with great care. On moving day they were efficient, organised, and kept everything calm and smooth, which made a huge difference.

Smith Removals Ltd were recommended by a close friend, who my wife and I will always be grateful to. We needed a reliable company to transfer our furniture and chattels from Kent to Norwich for storage until refurbishment was completed to a spacious apartment we had purchased in central Norwich.
The excellent service provided by Alan and his team on both occasions removed all the anticipated and potential stress for us. Their timekeeping was perfect, speed of loading and unloading remarkable, care with both furniture and premises faultless and, icing on the cake, the charge for the service was less than expected.
