I couldn't be happier with the service. I was a bit strapped for cash at the time so I had them quote to move just the big items of furniture (I intended to move smaller boxes etc myself in my car as I wasn't on a deadline to move), however Phil turned up on the day with an extra van he had spare and moved everything in one go for no extra cost. They took great care of everything, were very friendly, and even made extra effort of getting the sofas through some very tight corridors and doors at the other end (which many removals guys probably wouldn't have bothered with).
Overall very happy and will gladly use them again!

We chose smooth move after seeing recommendations on Facebook and reading all their 5* reviews. We made a really good choice and we were so pleased with their service on the moving day. They were punctual, polite, helpful and handled all our belongings with care. Phil was great too from the initial quote to any questions I had. Would thoroughly recommend smooth move!

Initially booked and Phil came round to price up and see how many vans would be needed. Very professional and friendly from the outset.
We had issues with completion being pushed back so needed to change our booking. Smooth Move was unfortunately booked for the new date but was helpful and gave me some numbers of similar independent companies.
Their booking had the same issue we had and Phil called me up to let me know. I hadn't gotten round to booking another company and as Phil had already been round and I'd met him I was more than happy to use smooth move removals.
Moving day was Friday, Phil and his team arrived Thursday and packed everything up leaving just essentials. Come Friday we were out by 10. And once we had the keys we were fully in within 2 hours.
No stress with moving. No worry. No trying to find anything. The lads put things where I had asked and anything they had taken apart was put back together again in the new house.
Perfect service. Couldn't be happier and the staff were so happy, friendly and very approachable.

Phil and his team did a great job when I moved house. They were very flexible when I had to change the date a couple of times. They turned up when they said they would, were friendly, efficient and super-keen to get everything just right. They got the job done with no stress, no fuss and every item arrived in perfect condition. Plus their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
