Fantastic experience using City Removals. Asta was just lovely, she helped book us in and provided detailed information on what to expect, she even allowed us to pencil in our date prior to exchange, which no other company would do for me. The removal team were professional yet lighthearted and enthusiastic, they even cracked a few jokes which were so welcome in such a stressful situation. Any awkward furniture was tackled with ease and the whole house was emptied quickly and carefully. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! The team moved us from Nottingham to Leeds and did an incredible job — working tirelessly through pouring rain and a storm without complaint. Everything was handled with care, efficiently packed and unloaded, and the price was excellent for the quality of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, hard-working, and professional removals company!

Asta and his team responded very quickly and reasonably quoted. 2 men arrive on time and dissemble and assemble my ottoman beds smoothly and quickly. Take pay attention to details and handle the furniture with care.

Fantastic moving service! Friendly, super efficient and very reasonably priced too. We requested 3 quotes and City Removals were by far the most affordable. They had good insight in what was needed and helped even with assembling/disassembling furniture in the old/new house. They've got a good sense of humour too - which is very much needed on stressful moving days... I will definitely use them again!

The service, from England to Scotland, was absolutely great, saving a lot of stress and fatigue. The manager was extremely professional, detailed and tempestive in providing required information, including quotes, type of service and timelines, even upon my very short notice request (1 week before moval). Guys were perfectly on time at both pick-up and delivery, kind and amazingly strong. All my stuff was taken care of efficiently and without even the slightest damage. I strongly recommend City removals east midlands ltd for the great service and fair prices.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! They were recommended to us by family members who had recently moved and I'm so glad we went with them too.
The service was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to visit us for an initial quotation, extremely responsive over email to answer all of our questions, and were patient when we were going back and forth to discuss their availability for potential completion dates.
Moving day itself with 3 members of their team helping us was a breeze. We were gobsmacked at how quick and efficient they were at packing up our old house and unloading everything into the new one. They took care in how they loaded the vans, appropriately wrapping items such as the fridge/freezer, sofas, TV and mattress to avoid anything being scuffed or damaged. Where items weren't labelled they checked where things needed to go instead of just dumping items in rooms at random. They even dismantled and rebuilt a tricky treadmill for us to get it from A to B.
Aside from their super strength and speed, they were really friendly guys and it was a pleasure to have them help us move into our new home.
As a rule of thumb, we'd always prefer recommendations over price when it comes to getting a reliable service, but they were even competitive financially so they really do tick all the boxes of an outstanding removals company.
