I just wanted to say how INCREDIBLE Matt and his team were.
They were so friendly. Excellently efficient.
We really can’t rate them highly enough. We are just so grateful for all they did, how kind they were, it was like they just couldn’t do enough for us.

We used Hendley for packing and removals for our recent move. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment they came to quote to the moment they left on moving day, every single person we dealt with was so lovely and went above and beyond. The move went so smoothly. A big thank you to all the team at Hendley Removals. We had a full pack and removal. They were very professional and caring, we had a full team for two days they worked non stop. Everything was carefully packed up and brought to our new home, all my plants had a separate van. Would recommend them for a professional move, with friendly team.

Hendley Removals did our house move last week. A full pack and move from one four bedroom house to another. From first email communication to collection of boxes the whole team were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional estimating service with fair pricing and absolutely top quality service from every member of the team. They were friendly, helpful, efficient, careful and took care of our belongings and both houses brilliantly. Our move wasn't planned so everything happened at very short notice and the Hendley team accommodated our timings and needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend Hendley Removals if you are looking for a removal company.

We just moved from our family home of almost 40 years to a place over an hour away-it was always going to hard for various reasons. Hendleys came recommended to me and from the moment we instructed them we felt in good hands. Sara and Jennie were great on the admin and understanding our needs. On the 3 days the 5 removal guys themselves were with us moving out and then in, they were amazing. They did an incredibly hard job with care, humour and compassion. At every turn they were aware of our needs and acted accordingly. They made what was always going to be a tough few days for me, my wife and our kids. Thanks so much guys-really appreciated

Where to start? From first contact to last I have run out of superlatives to describe the service - and support - I received from the team at Hendley Removals. My move was protracted, so my initial conversation and meeting was a full 18-months before my eventual move, but Sara remembered so much. And this attention to detail and fabulous customer service was apparent thoughout. I felt that I mattered, that I wasn't another job. So much stress was taken off my shoulders (please, everyone, hand over your packing, it will change your life!) and such careful planning was put in place (there were a couple of odd logistical issues which were handled by the team with aplomb), that the day of the move itself was seamless.
So, the most enormous THANK YOU to Sara, Jennie, Darren, Rob, Ollie and Howard (and everyone else behind the scenes who I didn't meet). So reasonably priced, so friendly, so professional. Fair to say that I'm a fan and I feel enormously fortunate that Hendley could handle my move.
