Massive scratches on my wood furniture where it had been presumably pushed along the floor of the van rather than lifted. Damage to my sofas, my fridge, my freezer and several of my large pictures. They charge A LOT for their services too so I expect much much better. Over £2000 and I packed almost everything myself.
The guys on the day were friendly but the people in the office were useless, had to phone up to ask questions I'd emailed about several times and they hadn't answered.
The icing on the cake was when I phoned up to ask about all the damage and they said I was too late to complain, need to do it within 10 days or they take no responsibility.
It was a pretty upsetting welcome to our new home as we kept discovering new problems as we were unpacking.
One of the main reasons we hired them was that we had a lot of very big framed pictures that we couldn't easily wrap ourselves so we paid for a precious item packing service. Most of those pictures are ruined.



Kept in contact throughout the day.
Their customer service team were always there when I needed them as it took a while for the completion to be accepted.
Such a great team and worth a recommendation for anyone about to move to their next to place and venture!
