d emotional, especially with kids involved, but they quickly made us feel at ease. They even went out of their way to involve our children and make them feel part of the day, which was a really thoughtful touch.
They worked incredibly hard, were well organised, and dealt with any small obstacles without any fuss. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was packed carefully and methodically, and when it was unloaded later, everything arrived safely and in great condition.
Early on, they politely reassured us to relax and let them get on with it as they had a system that worked, which honestly helped us enjoy the day a lot more. That was exactly what we wanted from using a removals company in the first place. To take the pressure off and make the day as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
