Fantastic service from Thomas Removals. Julian and his son were incredibly efficient, punctual and went above and beyond to make sure everything was settled and that I was comfortable in my new home. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them!

Leaving a late review, but my family and I used this company a while back and I’ve decided it’s important to mention part of the service we witnessed. The delivery itself was great! They arrived on time and moved everything safely. What really bothered me is the way the older member of staff spoke to the younger employee, who I believe could’ve been his son. There was quite a lot of swearing and harsh language directed towards him when he didn’t appear to do anything wrong. Usually, we’re absolutely not bothered by the odd swear word at all, even from someone we’re paying for a service, but this was more than that as we all felt genuinely sorry for the young man. This would’ve been 5 stars otherwise, hope you can take the genuine feedback on board.

What a brilliant team! Quick to respond to messages and gave a great quote on price. They arrived a few minutes earlier than the arranged time, cafefully moved everything themselves from an upstairs flat. They went above and beyond to make the move as seamless as they could, will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a great moving company! I cannot thank you guys enough!

Very reasonable price given as estimate when enquired for their service. I booked the removals for 8:30am and that’s the time they arrived which is always a great start.
Both Julian and his son were flexible with my requirements and as a single person moving home this was very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend their services, Thanks again 👍
