Company was great before the sales decision was made. Absolutely horrible afterwards. On the day of packing, two packers showed up without a the necessary elevator. Had to waste the day waiting for it to arrive.
Delivery was also several hours late, was told that they would arrive at 9:00 am, did not arrive til midday, causing the unpacking to go very late. Sofa would not fit up stairs, had to wait nearly two weeks for re-delivery. Miscommunication on service being provided upon redelivery, refused to take any action to correct. Had single individual delivering a sofa, which resulted in it being damaged.
Pros and cons
All the individuals they hire are very polite.
Communication within their network. None of the people on the ground have same information as communicated to the customer.
No attempt to resolve issue based on miscommunication.
