We had very bad experience with this company and would not recommend it. We went for full packaging service and were told the move will be very smooth but it was nightmare. We were told they will send 3 Vans but came with 2 Vans as one broken down and have no replacement. It was difficult to communicate with the workers as first language was not English. Some of our items are still missing and some are damaged and the company is not taking any responsibility.
