Unfortunately, I had a negative experience whereby I was walking and two men in the Business Moves group lorry made me feel very uncomfortable. I called inn and raised this with the company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to investigate what had happened. The lady on the phone apologised and assured me that they would look into this and get back to me within a few days. It has now been 3 weeks and haven't heard anything. Although I am not a customer, I am very disappointed that this was not taken seriously.

We have been using Business Moves for many years. They are very responsive, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I wouldn't trust anyone else to carry out my offices moves.
