We engaged [Name removed by Sirelo] and daughter to move us all was well to the day when we were packed up ready to go saying they could not move us and were sending another company it went down hill fast trs removals
They weren't aware they were taking thing apart or putting them back together the leader of the team was moaning about how much we had and would not fit in to there 2 lutons not even a proper removal van
We had to pay before our stuff was unloaded we had broken tv cost 1/2as much as removal cost to replace they could not get unloaded and out the place quick enough
We contacted dale and daughter for response as they were who we engaged for the move and no response we are well out of pocket with broken stuff and if moving house wasn't stressful enough we are still suffering from the experience
Very poor service when a job is booked
