I cant recommend this company enough. They helped my dad move today and we’re brilliant. They were such lovely people and couldn’t do enough to help. We were concerned about getting the sofa out due to struggling to get it in but they were Fantastic and didn’t mind at all. They were extremely careful with all my dads belongings and so helpful with everything .Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jim and your team, it was lovely to meet you all. I would highly recommend these guys.

A 3rd party used this company to collect and store my antique furniture why i had some building work done, it unfortunately went from a 10 day storage to 5 months because of covid 19 when the good came back today the hood of a 1820's long case clock looked like it had been stored in a bath of water . It had all swollen up the door would not open , the veneers lifted the french polish had all gone white. When i complained about it to the guy who was trying to hide it in my shed ! he said 'do you have the original purchase receipt ?' er no i am not 200 years old ! he just said good luck with claiming then ! When i called the office the woman said well what do you expect me to say then , well a sorry would be nice for a start !
UPDATE they are refusing to except damage because clause 11, Exclusions of Liability – 11.3 – In respect of Standard Liability and Limited Liability , other than as a result of our negligence or breach of contract we will not be liable for any loss of, damage to or failure to produce the goods if caused by the following circumstances –

Can't thank Taylor's Removals enough for moving us. From booking the move date to finishing the move they were professional, helpful and patient. The guys were happy, cheerful and nothing was too much for them. Thanks again Taylor's you made moving easy and not at all stressful.

I phoned various skip companies regarding sizes, prices, pavement licences and fridge removal. Taylor's were without doubt the best in all departments. The consistent level of customer service from Michelle was exemplary. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Storage is excellent! Customer service is I’d probably give 0 stars ⭐️ moving my furniture after 18 months of storage, I used 8 blankets and 5 ties to secure the goods onto there new travels, I was constantly reminded that I should us asked to use the blankets and ties even though I was going to return them, and I didn’t feel I was doing anything wrong by using them, sadly I was made to feel a thief the whole 2 hours of loading up the hired van. Moving is stressful enough without the constant circulation of reminders from the staff about the blankets. As I said great storage sadly let down by staff!

Unfortunately Taylor's removals have been an awful experience for us.
They broke a glass table top on our move day and then promised to replace it. This was 4 months ago and we've been chasing each week for an update with little or no response. We will taking them to small claims court shortly.
I would not use their service again or endorse it to anyone moving based on their unprofessional practice of not responding to emails or phone calls or replacing the table top they broke in the first place.
