We recently used Britannia Harrison and Rowley for a house move and we couldn’t recommend them more. Communication before the day was brilliant and allowed me to not worry about the day itself. On the removal day, Matt L and Andy F arrived early in the morning and from the moment they arrived, they were brilliant. They emptied our 3 bed, 3 storey house in 3 hours taking 2 beds and a cot down too. They made absolutely no mess and were a pleasure to have in the house. They went to our new purchase and waited patiently until we got the keys and then had all of our contents and the beds & cot built again in less than 2 hours. We were amazed. Genuinely couldn’t have done it without them both - made the day much less stressful for us and allowed us to focus on unpacking, sorting and cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Jamie and Chris moved us from East Midlands to Glasgow in February this year, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They packed everything carefully and efficiently, making the whole process feel organised and stress-free. Before leaving, they even helped move some heavy items from garage storage back into the house, which was hugely appreciated.
When we arrived at our new home, they made sure everything was placed in the correct rooms and even rebuilt the beds — much quicker and better than I would have managed myself! Throughout the move they were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you both for making such a stressful time so much smoother!

From start to finish, Britannia Harrison and Rowley Removals went above and beyond to make my move from Buckinghamshire to North Yorkshire 250 miles away, as smooth and stress free as possible. I requested a full packaging service and I’m so glad I did. My two packers, Chris and Terry, were amazing. Spread over three days, they worked their way through the house quickly and efficiently, creating the minimum of fuss and leaving us on the last night with just what we needed before the final pack on moving day. Nothing was too much bother, even when it came to moving all my gardening equipment and plants. Even my chest freezer was moved easily - complete with contents! Also my large and very heavy upright Kawai piano - despite the very awkward narrow ‘dogleg’ between the porch and the front door.
The unloading at the new property was carried out with the same consideration, speed and efficiency and they didn’t stop until everything was unloaded - continuing through until 8.30pm that evening. I can only marvel at Chris and Terry’s extraordinary stamina! Thank you, very much!Read more

This was our 2nd time using Britannia Movers (last year they were our destination agent when we moved from the US). Our experience this time was equally good. The crew - Terry, Chris, Ben R, Ben W and Matt L were friendly, considerate and hard workers. They were careful of our stuff and also to avoid damaging walls or flooring. Great happy crew and highly recommended.

Friendly professional service, would definitely recommend. From initial quote visit and pre-move communication to the actual move itself, they were great.
We had an unusually large number of false starts caused by our chain but Superstar Shirley kept on top of our ever-changing provisional bookings and made sure the everything ran like clockwork and eased the stress enormously.
On the day, our team of Tom N, Ben R, Terry R and Chris D moved us from A to B without any fuss and plenty of good cheer. They worked really hard to get us out and then into our new home as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly friendly, considerate and professional team. Thanks all!

We had the best experience with Britannia Movers. They were the last leg of our international move and they were wonderful. We would highly recommend Tom N, Andy, Terry, and Tom. We can't thank them enough and they put us at ease during the entire process.
