Removals went entirely as planned. Friendly, professional and worked tirelessly to make the move as easy as possible. Thanks to Graham and Lewis for their patience with some oldies!

Initially we engaged their services for both removals and storage, all seemed good and professional at the start, however the owners attitude became an issue particularly when they lost an item of furniture during the move. I would certainly not recommend this company for removals. These days money is hard earned and belongings cost, you need someone who will respect, both you and your worldly goods. Sadly this is not the company. I gave two stars as the removal staff on the day were friendly and professional.

The removal men were excellent in all areas. They were very hard working, diligent in their approach to the task, made very useful suggestions and conducted their work efficiently, carefully and with a very cheerful disposition. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

A EXCEPTIONALLY POOR & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE.Had been assured that Johnstone’s ONLY used their “professional “ team of men, what was offered did NOT happen. Two young students pulled in & had no idea. Didn’t cover items as promised with covers ie mattresses, sofa etc. Dumped items anywhere rude & cheeky, late arrival both days, had been booked in to do other removals

Johnstones moved my elderly parents and made the whole experience so easy. Every item was packed with precision and care and the fantastic staff were extremely kind and patient at all times. Thank you all. You are a great team
