The director visited us in France, advised us on packing etc. The quote arrived promptly and was satisfactory.
The team arrived they were polite, friendly and they loaded our possessions quickly and carefully. We had packed but they ensured that mattresses were put into waterproof bags, furniture all covered with blankets to ensure that there was no damage.
All arrived to the UK safely, moved into the new home with no fuss.
All in all a great experience. We would use them again and recommend them to all.

The team that packed our goods were polite, professional and efficient. The issue was not with these guys; rather with the Director of the business [name removed by Sirelo] who hid behind small print in emailed terms and conditions to retrospectively inform us that none of our individual items were insured for more than £40 whilst in the care of his firm. This was only established after a member of his team snapped a unique piece of artwork in half during the packing process. Whilst we accept that such thing happen (it was an accident) Mr [name removed by Sirelo] way of dealing with the matter was extremely poor. Other reviews on the company website suggest that Mr [name removed by Sirelo] does not make this insurance point clear to customers when making the quote (who reads all the small print in an emailed terms and conditions document) so if thinking of using Reflex Moodys, please beware and read the small print carefully......
