Excellent 5-star service from start to finish. The team was hardworking, friendly, and extremely efficient. Moving day went so smoothly and everything was handled with care and organisation, making the whole process stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.

The team from Town and Country were amazing - especially Joey who handled our removal, to store and out of store (long distance and a long day) with great kindness and a good sense of humour. Great customer service with nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to you all.

The team from Town & Country were amazing. Great customer service - the perfect combination of efficiency (given the time pressures) and quality (given the wide array of items). Nothing was too much trouble and they were adaptive to our needs as we found our way through the moving process. Thanks to you all!

Competitively priced, efficient and friendly. I used TCR in July 2025 to move from a 4 bed rental to a 4 bed purchase and the process was smooth and professional throughout. They turned up on time, swiftly loaded up 3 Luton vans and unloaded everything to the designated rooms without any issues. They were hard working and careful with everything, with no damage done to any items. Big thanks to Karl, Ashley and Joey, would definitely recommend TCR.

This is the second time I’ve used TCR, I have found them very communicative, get the job done fast and I’ve never had any damage done to my items.
The guys were always very friendly and it’s never any trouble pointing where you want the boxes put.
The prices are competitive and I feel are always reasonable.
Would use them again if needed in the future.
Nick in the office gets back to you with emails very fast; which is brilliant. Other companies leave it days to reply.
5*!
I’ve seen some reviews on here being negative, but if you want a company to hand pack, turn up in a fancy truck that costs £100k, team of 4 men etc. then you’ll pay 5 times the price. For what TCR charge they offer a very fair and decent service, the Luton vans are more than enough, I’d rather have numerous Luton vans than a whole house crammed into 1 truck.
