💯recommend. Hancock’s squeezed us in despite being fully booked - they split our house load into 2 and took good care of it. Steve, Jim, Joe and Lee could not have done enough for us. They were cheerful and helpful, and went over and above in every way. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of moving day. ❤️

Excellent service with Chris who was patient when we had to change the removal date. Jim, Steve and the young man who helped empty our old house were brilliant in moving all our 45 years of stuff especially as the move was over 2 days owing to the distance to Northumberland. On day 2 Jim and Steve set off extremely early to get up here and everything was put where we asked and nothing was too much trouble. This is a friendly family firm who we would recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Chris and all his team for helping with our move. The complete operation was carried out smoothly and professionally. The lads were friendly and supportive during the removal and unpacking, nothing was too much trouble for them…even when the Lorry was empty they still asked if everything was in the right place and were happy to move items even when we changed our minds. We would truly recommend this family run business to any of our friends…however we will not be repeating this, after 42 years in one house, once is enough 😉 Best wishes to you and your team Chris, kind regards, Karen and Bob

These guys; Jim, Steven and Lee were fantastic, moved us with great care and attention. They were prompt and helpful with items that needed extra care. Affordable price; expected to cost more so would defo recommend. . Strong tea and biscuits kept them going 👍👏

Would highly recommend this company. Chris the boss is lovely with great communication and Jim, Steve and Joe worked like troopers and were all really friendly and professional. Excellent service and made the whole moving day a lot less stressful. Would only use these if needed in future.

Chris, Steve, Jim and the Team were amazing. The quote was really competitive, Chris gave me loads of details and helped with all my questions. On the day the team arrived promptly and checked everything that needed completing then cracked on with the job. They were done in super quick time and made sure everything was handled safely and professionally. They were waiting for us at our new house and checked were everything needed to be and made sure everything went were it should be. They were really lovely and friendly, very respect of our properties and were easy people get on with and it was a pleasure having them in our house. We would certainly recommend them to anyone moving house, if want all the stress taken away then these are the guys you want to have moving you!
