Very very poor customer service. Let down before even moved.
Had a date which the company confirmed in writing over email. Then due to the nature of moving house dates not completely confirmed, so they then let us down with less than 2 weeks before our move. They booked someone else in our date although they fully confirmed this date with us.
Fortunately found a much better company to sort the move who were much more understanding about the fragile nature of moving dates.
Would not recommend this for people moving as they had no care for letting us down and dropping us for another customer.



On the day the guys arrived on time, will lots of protective coverings and had a large 4 bed house packed up into two vans within 3 hours. I was amazed. They know what they are doing and had packed both vans fully.
We didn’t have one item damaged or out of place. They also dismantled bed and nursery furniture and put these back together at our new house.
Highly recommend! Thanks again ☺️
